NEC Technical Alert TAS0001: New DS-Series Support Forum

UBSD Technical Support is pleased to announce the new open Support Forum for on-line discussion of technical issues. This is a B2B technical forum that allows UBSD dealers to communicate directly with each other on technical matters.

To use the Support Forum:

1. Go to http://ws1.necii.com/ds2000.
2. Click the Support Forums button on the left side of the home page.
3. The Support Forum opens in a separate browser window.
4. (First-time users only) Click the Register link at the top of the forum opening page to set up an account.
